14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Convertly license purchases. If the Software does not meet your needs, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund 100% of the license fee, no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Email hola@convertly.io within 14 days of your purchase date.
- Include your purchase email and your Lemon Squeezy order number (in the confirmation email you received after purchase).
- Optional: tell us why so we can improve the Software (but not required for the refund).
We will confirm the refund within 2 business days. Lemon Squeezy processes the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After the Refund
When a refund is issued:
- Your license key is revoked and the Software will revert to Trial mode (10 invoices/month).
- You may keep any data already extracted (it never left your hardware anyway).
- You agree not to continue using the licensed features.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase.
- Evidence of license key sharing, redistribution, or other abuse of the license terms.
- Chargebacks initiated through your bank without first contacting us — these are handled directly by Lemon Squeezy under their dispute terms.
Trial Mode (Free)
Convertly offers a free trial mode (10 invoice extractions per month, no signup required). We strongly encourage you to test the Software in trial mode before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.
Merchant of Record
Lemon Squeezy, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for Convertly purchases. Refunds are processed under Lemon Squeezy's payment infrastructure. Their refund policy is also visible at lemonsqueezy.com/refund-policy. This policy applies to Convertly specifically and provides terms in addition to (not instead of) Lemon Squeezy's standard terms.
